1. What types of air conditioners do you sell?

2. What is the difference between a split air conditioner and a portable air conditioner?
Split Air Conditioners consist of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit connected by refrigerant piping. They are more efficient, offer quieter performance, and have larger cooling capacities suitable for entire rooms or large spaces.
Portable Air Conditioners are compact units that can be easily moved from one room to another. They are ideal for small spaces and temporary cooling but tend to be louder and less energy-efficient than split systems
3. How do I know what size air conditioner I need for my room?
The size of the air conditioner you need depends on several factors such as:
Room size (square meters or square feet)
Insulation and room orientation (sunlight exposure)
Number of occupants and electrical appliances
For general guidance, we recommend:
1 Ton AC for rooms up to 100-120 sq. ft.
1.5 Ton AC for rooms between 120-180 sq. ft.
2 Ton AC for larger rooms up to 250 sq. ft.

4. What is the warranty on your products?
Most of our products come with a 1 to 5-year warranty, depending on the manufacturer and product type:
Indoor and Outdoor units: Typically 1-3 years
Compressors: 5 years (for select models)

5. What are smart air conditioners, and do you offer them?
Smart air conditioners feature Wi-Fi connectivity and can be controlled remotely using an app or a smart home assistant (like Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant). These models allow for:
Remote temperature adjustments
Scheduling and automation
Energy consumption monitoring
Yes, we offer a variety of smart ACs from top brands such as LG, Samsung, and Daikin.
6. What is the difference between R-32 and R-410A refrigerants?
R-32 is a more eco-friendly refrigerant with a lower Global Warming Potential (GWP). It offers better efficiency, lower environmental impact, and is commonly used in newer AC models.
R-410A is a commonly used refrigerant in older models. It has a higher GWP compared to R-32, making it less environmentally friendly.
We offer air conditioners with both R-32 and R-410A refrigerants, depending on your preference.
7. How do I maintain my air conditioner?
To keep your AC running efficiently, we recommend the following:
Regular cleaning: Clean or replace the filters every 1-2 months to ensure proper airflow.
Check refrigerant levels: Make sure your AC has the correct refrigerant levels for optimal cooling.
Service schedule: Have a professional technician service your AC unit at least once a year to check for wear and tear.
Clear the outdoor unit: Keep the outdoor unit free of debris, such as leaves or dirt, to maintain airflow.
8. Do you offer installation services?
Yes! We offer professional installation services for all air conditioning units purchased from our store. Our trained technicians will:

9. How do I return or exchange a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on most products, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange: сontact our customer service team to get a return authorization number.
